Shaanxi Province smart textile equipment institute reached an agreement in work meeting. Work meeting of New university-enterprise developed platform of “Four Subjects One Union” constructed by our company and Xi’an Polytechnic University was held here. Vice president Li Pengfei, science and technology department, science and technology achievement transformation center, mechanical and electrical engineering college head, research institute expert team, and the party totally sixteen people from Xi’an Polytechnic University, our General Manager Lei Tao, related department heads, product research chief engineers, and product technical directors attended.

Firstly listened progress of research and development and technical demand of items and issues about drawing frame auto-leveling system, air jet loom, automatic fabric inspection machine, then research institute expert team came to our R&D lab, manufacturing department, air jet loom company and combined with product prototype and production process for knowing more technical demand.

Attendees discussed on enterprise technical demand and university scientific and technical achievement, and the two sides agreed as follows, both sides should speed up connection and running between enterprise technical demand and university scientific and technical achievement for the purpose of “everything for market, all for user” according to “Four Subject One Union” construction demand. Both sides should break traditional delegation R&D mode, stand out new type of new developed platform, make synchronization of information, technology, staff, fund, and equipment, promote work synchronization of both sides. Both sides should break mindset of product design, combine the forefront technology to achieve advanced research generation, research generation, and transform generation, and improve product adaptation about industry and technology revolution brought by technology development of 5G communication, internet, and big data. Both sides should take platform advantage, improve enterprise economic benefit, accelerate university talent cultivation, and make platform be powerful support for promote textile industry quality development.

It was known that our company built “Four Subject One Union” new university-enterprise developed platform meant Shaanxi Province smart textile equipment institute depended on Xi’an Polytechnic University electrical engineering college which took enterprise as demand subject, investment subject, management subject, and market subject, concentrate efforts on getting through the channel of transformation from scientific technical achievement to reality productivity, promote university and enterprise connection, share university talent source, achievement source and research source, achieve organic unity of producing achievement and using achievement, promote industry transformation and upgrading. The platform was passed review demonstration meeting organized by Shaanxi Province Scientific and Technology and Shaanxi Provincial Development and Reform Commission on Jan, 9th.
