Changling Electric Company Chairman and Party Secretary Li Hang led leaders of Science and Technology Department, Enterprise Development Department, Human Resource Department, Party Work Department of Electric Company to investigate our science and technology enterprise work, and discussed with concerned people. Chairman Li and his parties firstly investigated Loom Company and our Manufacturing Department, asked loom production status and current existing problems, asked cotton sorter and BS-4C research and production for more, communicated with project leaders and technicians. Then Chairman Li and his parties came to our R&D building, visited yarn clearer lab, yarn instrument lab and fiber detecting lab, and asked product research, improvement and promotion status, and every project leader reported. Finally, Chairman Li and his parties had a discussion with our leaders, technical department heads and project chief engineers in meeting room, pointed problems and work emphasis of science and technology enterprise on the basis of summary. Chairman Li made requests of 2019 work, one is to accelerate mixed ownership reform, use new mechanism and management to promote enterprise development, two is to accelerate new product development to meet market need, three is Electric Company should support our work and create conditions for our development especially on financing, activating resource, human resource and technological management, four is to innovative thinking and introduce talents, strengthen technological cooperation with colleges, universities and institutions to make key technology breakthrough.
